We come to you at the location of your choice! This is why mobile therapy is convenient. The most common places are your home, office, or gym.
What areas do you service?
We serve St. Johns and eastern Duval counties in Northeast Florida. We are most often in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, and Jacksonville.
how can i schedule an appointment?

Mobile therapy allows you to work one-on-one with your therapist in your own environment. No driving or finding a ride to the clinic, we bring our care to you.
What are THE benefits of mobile therapy?
how does dry needling differ from acupuncture?
Dry needling is not acupuncture. Dry needling uses acupuncture needles which are inserted into the muscle tissue to target trigger points, tendons, and joints to increase blood flow to the area and decrease pain.
Do you accept insurance?
We are in network with Medicare part B & Florida auto PIP claims, and bill for these insurances only. We gladly provide receipts you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. We also work with law offices for care following auto accidents.
