Where are you located?


We do not have a location - we come to you! You get to decide where you receive services. This is why mobile therapy is convenient: we serve our clients in the location of their choice! Most often we work in clients' homes, however, we also go to the office, the gym, the beach, or wherever clients prefer to receive services.




Which areas do you service?


We serve St. Johns and eastern Duval counties in Northeast Florida.




Do you accept insurance?


We are in network with Medicare part B and Florida auto PIP claims, and can bill physical therapy claims for these insurances only. We also work with law offices under letters of protection for care following auto accidents. We would be glad to provide you with a receipt for physical therapy that you can submit to your private insurance company or Medicare Advantage plan for out of network reimbursement, should your plan include it.




What are the benefits of mobile physical physical therapy?

How is Dry Needling different from Acupuncture?


Dry needling is not acupuncture or Oriental Medicine. Dry needling uses acupuncture needles, however, the needles are inserted deep into the muscle tissue. Acupuncturists can treat organ systems and attempt to achieve Qi (chi), whereas dry needling targets muscle tissue and trigger points, tendons, and joints to increase blood flow to the area and decrease pain.
